Pricing & trial

What does companycore cost?

Starter costs €199 per month (excl. VAT), Pro €449 and Max €989 (as of October 2026, current prices at companycore.ai/en/pricing). There’s no setup fee, and every plan can be canceled monthly. Ultra starts at €2,500 after an initial call. The differences between the plans are explained in Plans, pricing and invoices.

Can I try companycore for free?

Yes, Starter, Pro and Max start with 3 free days. €0.00 is due today, and if you end the trial before it runs out, you pay nothing. The trial is available once per organization; here’s how to start it: Start your trial.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

You need to add payment details, even for the trial, in the Stripe checkout. companycore doesn’t see or store card data; it stays with Stripe. If you want to test without any payment details, you can ask for a custom trial period. It ends on its own and charges nothing (form on companycore.ai/en/free-trial or email to jan@companycore.ai).

What happens after the 3 days?

The plan continues automatically, and the first monthly payment is charged. If you end the trial beforehand, you pay nothing: as the owner, click End trial under Settings › Billing. “We won’t ask,” the app says about it; the plan card and the “Trial · 2 days left” row at the bottom of the sidebar show the end date.

Is everything unlocked during the trial?

Yes for features, no for quantities: you get your plan’s full feature set, but reduced quotas, prorated for 3 of 30 days and calculated on the Starter scope. In practice you get exactly one CI analysis, for example. So collect your website, logo, company content and reference images beforehand; what the counters mean is explained in Usage and quotas.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, as the owner under Settings › Billing with Switch to this plan: the difference is charged immediately on a prorated basis, and the app shows you the amount in the dialog beforehand. If you switch to a smaller plan, brands and members that no longer fit are permanently deleted, and the app warns you about it. The details are in Plans, pricing and invoices.

Canceling & data

How do I cancel companycore?

As the owner, open Settings › Billing, click Cancel plan and confirm with Cancel at period end. The plan stays usable until the end of the paid period, and until then you can reverse the cancellation with Undo cancellation. The steps in detail are in Cancel, end your trial and back up your data.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

After the contract ends, your access is blocked, and according to the terms (as of October 2026), content and personal data are deleted no later than 90 days afterward, or earlier on request. Scheduled posts aren’t published without an active plan. Back up what you need beforehand; the checklist shows how.

Can I delete my account?

Not with a button in the app: send your deletion request to jan@companycore.ai. You can delete individual media, drafts, brands and models yourself at any time; only the last remaining brand stays. What you can back up beforehand is described in Cancel, end your trial and back up your data.

What about data protection and GDPR?

Which personal data companycore processes and for what purpose, and which rights you have, is described in the privacy policy. Stripe manages payment data; companycore doesn’t see or store card data. The app’s feedback window only sends context such as page, brand and browser, not post content, and questions about data protection go to jan@companycore.ai.

Channels & publishing

Which platforms does companycore support?

companycore publishes through the official interfaces to Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn (profile or company page), TikTok and YouTube Shorts. TikTok is being unlocked step by step; whether it’s available for you yet is shown under Backstage › Connections. The guide starts at Connect your first channel.

Does companycore publish anything without my approval?

No: only what you have actively scheduled with Schedule publication is published; on the Starter plan, scheduling is your approval. In a team on Pro and above, an admin or the owner additionally approves posts from editors, and on the Max plan optionally the client too, and without approval nothing goes out at the scheduled time. How this works is described in Approvals.

Do I have to link Instagram to a Facebook Page?

No, you log in directly with Instagram and don’t need a Facebook Page for it. You do need a professional Instagram account (business); private accounts don’t work. The steps are in Connect Instagram to companycore.

Can I connect several Instagram accounts?

Yes, through several brands: each brand connects one account per platform. Multiple brands are available from the Pro plan, and you switch between them in the sidebar with Switch brand. How this works is explained in Team, roles and brands.

Does companycore post at the best time?

No, you set the date and time yourself, and companycore publishes at the scheduled time in German time. A delay of one to two minutes is normal. The Calendar suggests free days for new posts, but not times; what makes sense for timing is covered in Best time to post.

Can I schedule Reels and videos?

Yes: upload a finished video (3 seconds to 3 minutes, up to 200 MB) and schedule it in the Calendar as a Reel, Short, TikTok video or LinkedIn video. companycore can’t (yet) cut videos, add subtitles or add music; the Video Editor appears as “Soon” in the sidebar. More about videos in Files and videos.

AI & content

What is core?

core is the AI assistant in companycore: your copywriter in the Post Generator, your designer in the Visual Designer. You say what you need, and it changes settings, has copy written or visuals designed, and remembers your brand’s preferences. You can see and change what it has remembered under Backstage › core memory; how it works in the Post Generator is explained in core as your copywriter.

Are AI images labeled?

Yes, when an image could pass for a real photo. The Visual Designer then adds the visible label “AI-GENERATED” (newly created) or “AI-MODIFIED” (edited real photo). You set position and opacity yourself; you can only turn the label off after expressly accepting liability. The details are in AI labeling in companycore, the legal situation in AI labeling requirement.

Do I have to label AI-written text?

Usually not, if a human reviews and approves the text. For text, Art. 50(4) of the EU AI Act (has applied since August 2, 2026) requires an AI notice only if it informs the public on matters of public interest and hasn’t been editorially reviewed by a human. A normal marketing caption usually doesn’t fall under that; deepfakes have their own obligation (as of October 2026, more in AI labeling requirement).

Does companycore show statistics for my posts?

Not yet. For published posts, companycore shows the status and a link to the post; you’ll find reach, likes and comments in the platform’s own statistics. Analytics and a comments view are planned, but there’s no date, see What companycore can’t do (yet).

Not legal advice

The answers on AI labeling explain general rules (as of October 2026). They don’t replace advice for your individual case.

Team & account

Can several people work with one login?

No, a login can only be signed in on one device at a time: if you sign in on a second device, the first one is signed out (several tabs in the same browser are fine). From the Pro plan, you invite colleagues under Settings › Team, and each person gets their own login. More in Team, roles and brands.

Is there a companycore app for my phone?

Not as an app from the App Store or Play Store: companycore runs in the browser at app.companycore.ai and also works on a phone or tablet. On a phone, the stage in the Visual Designer is only a preview; there you work through Settings and core. More about this in Account and security.

Can I use companycore in English?

Yes, the interface is available in German and English: you switch with EN or DE at the bottom of the sidebar (applies only in the current browser) or permanently under Settings › Account. The language in which core writes posts is a separate setting, the Post language in Backstage › Text Settings. Account and security shows which language setting changes what.

Is there access for my agency’s clients?

Yes, on the Max plan: the owner invites clients with the Client role. A client only sees the Calendar and belongs to exactly one brand. If Client approval is turned on under Settings › Permissions (default: off), the client approves or rejects posts there, more in Approvals.

Support

How do I reach support?

Through Feedback at the bottom of the app’s sidebar: you choose Broken, Annoying or Love it and write two sentences (“A human reads this.”); the reply comes by email. You can also write directly to jan@companycore.ai. According to the contact page, the team usually replies within one business day (as of October 2026).

How your message helps most

Name the page where it happens and the exact wording of the message in “…”. If an error in the Calendar shows a code, name that too; it helps support. The feedback window automatically sends page, brand, view, browser, language and time, so you don’t have to type them.
