- Plans, pricing and invoices at companycorecompanycore comes as Starter (€199), Pro (€449) and Max (€989) per month (excl. VAT, as of October 2026). You can cancel monthly, and there’s no setup fee. Ultra starts at €2,500 after an intro call.
- Cancel, end your trial and back up your dataYou cancel Starter, Pro and Max under Settings › Billing, effective at the end of the paid period. If you end the trial, you pay nothing. Back up your content first: there is no full export.
- Usage and quotas: what counts toward what?Every plan includes monthly quotas for AI texts, images and analyses. As the owner, you can see how much you’ve used under Settings › Usage. The counters reset on the 1st of every month.
- Invite your team, assign roles and manage brandsFrom the Pro plan, you invite colleagues and run several brands. Every person needs their own login, because a login is only ever active on one device.
- Account and security: password, 2FA, languageUnder Settings › Account and Settings › Security & login, you manage your name and language, change your password and protect your account with two-factor login. You can’t change the login email in the app.
