- 1Welcome to companycore: how the app worksDonecompanycore creates posts in your brand look. You schedule them, and at the scheduled time companycore publishes them automatically to your channels. In a team, an admin or the owner approves editors’ posts first. This course takes you from a new account to your first published post in nine steps.
- 2Create your account and finish onboardingDoneYou sign up with your name, email and password, confirm your address, and answer a few questions about your company at your first login. You can change the onboarding answers later.
- 3Start your trial: test companycore for 3 daysDoneStarter, Pro and Max start with 3 free days. You add a payment method for this, nothing is charged today, and if you end the trial before it runs out, you pay nothing.
- 4Set up your brand: website, logo and materialDoneThe more real material companycore gets, the more accurately the CI analysis captures your colors, fonts and tone. Collect everything before the analysis, because during the trial you get exactly one analysis run.
- 5Run the CI analysis and check the resultDoneThe CI analysis builds your brand identity from your sources: colors, fonts, tone of voice and image style. Only the website is required, but every additional source improves the result.
- 6Connect your first social media channelDoneA connected social channel is required before you can schedule posts. You connect it once per brand in Backstage and sign in directly with the platform.
- 7Write your first post and design the imageDoneFor your first post you need a topic, copy from the Post Generator and an image from the Visual Designer or your files. You can change every word and every element afterwards.
- 8Schedule and publish your first postDoneWith Schedule, your post lands in the Calendar. There you choose channel, format and date and click Schedule publication. At the scheduled time, companycore publishes automatically.
- 9After your first post: how to keep goingDoneYour first post is scheduled. Now it’s about consistency: a fixed rhythm, series with templates and a core that remembers your preferences.
