Calendar, formats, approvals and what happens when a post goes out at its scheduled time.
- Calendar: plan and track all your postsIn the Calendar, text and images become a publication. You see what is planned, move dates and fill gaps. Drafts are in the list on the left, scheduled posts in the grid.
- Schedule a post: channels, media, text, dateIn the publication editor, you put together a post for one or more channels. Date and time apply to all channels, while format, media and text are set per channel. Only Schedule publication turns it into a scheduled date.
- Which formats can I post with companycore?companycore publishes feed posts, stories and Reels on Instagram and on Facebook Pages; posts, documents and videos on LinkedIn; videos and photo posts on TikTok; and Shorts on YouTube.
- Set up approvals with your team and clientsWith approvals, nothing goes out that hasn’t been signed off: on the Pro plan and above, admins or the owner approve editors’ posts, and on the Max plan the client can also give final approval. On the Starter plan, scheduling a post is the approval.
- Status, publishing and notificationsEvery post has a status with its own color. You make the change from Draft to Planned, and companycore sets everything after that – and gets in touch when something goes wrong.
