- My post wasn’t published – what to do?Whether a post went out, and why not, is shown by its status in the Calendar. With Failed, the post gives the reason in one sentence. After a final error, companycore doesn’t resend on its own: you reschedule the post.
- I can’t schedule my post – solutionsIf Schedule publication is locked, something is still missing. You see the first open item at the bottom left of the editor. A click on it jumps straight to the field.
- Connection expired or disconnected: reconnectConnections to social accounts expire at some point or get revoked. companycore warns you beforehand. You reconnect directly in Backstage, and after that you have to reschedule any posts that missed their scheduled time.
- I can’t get into my account: login helpMost login problems are solved quickly: resend the confirmation email, reset your password, or keep in mind that you can only be signed in on one device at a time.
- I can’t create or generate anything – solutionsWhen generating doesn’t work, it’s almost always one of four things: no active plan, a role without rights, the missing CI analysis or a used-up monthly quota.
